Xavier is an experienced general manager with expertise in branding and innovation. During 17 years at L’Oréal, he held senior management positions in Brussels and Paris. Today, he lives and works in Belgium.

After serving as head of marketing in the Benelux, he actively participated in the corporate brand team that implemented globally the L’Oréal brand and the famous: “Because I am worth it”. At L’Oréal headquarters, Xavier learnt how to implement an innovation strategy to create strong brand equity.

As a digital pioneer, Xavier transformed the Club des Créateurs de Beauté from a classical mail order business to an e-commerce platform. 

Xavier learnt how to manage complex innovation plans when he led the marketing and product development integration of The Body Shop, acquired by L’Oréal group in 2006.

After L’Oréal, Xavier launched The Brand Embassy, a consultancy specialised in branding luxury services and products. He joined beez in 2015.

As a Brussels-based entrepreneur, he is CEO of Osan Drinks as well as board member of Cubex. In these functions, he is involved in collaborating with many actors of the food industry and gastronomic restaurants. 

He is also a board member of several non profit associations including Brussels Expertise Labels, an organisation regrouping luxury and expertise houses in Belgium.
