Emmanuelle is a certified leadership coach and the founder of beez, where she helps clients co-create sustainable growth prospects based on innovation, people, and leadership.
Emmanuelle has worked for dozens of multinational clients and their brands across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa regions.
For 15+ years, Emmanuelle has managed marketing campaigns, developed successful product innovations, and created new business models in blue chip companies. Between 1995 and 2000, Emmanuelle managed the hair care brands for L’Oréal in Belgium.
In 2000, Emmanuelle moved to Unilever where she was responsible for the Dove, Sunsilk and Rexona sales. She proved to be instrumental in doubling Dove product sales in Belgium in just three years.
In 2003, Unilever asked Emmanuelle to develop the Sunsilk styling range launch in its Paris-based European hair care innovation centre. She launched 12 hair care NPD’s that were rolled-out across 14 markets.
From 2007 to 2009, Emmanuelle managed the brand equity and outreach for Senseo on a global level.
In 2010, Emmanuelle set up her independent consulting practice specialised in innovation-led growth. Three years later, she teamed up with a pool of strategy, marketing and communication experts and launched beez.
A Unilever alumni, she is an expert in designing business models, innovation strategies, and growth plans. A French citizen, Emmanuel lives and works in Belgium.
